2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the host automatically processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are stored only briefly and then deleted or anonymised. We have a data processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR). The connection is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).

3. Signing up via Brevo

For signups we link to a form hosted by Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). The form is not embedded in this website: data is only transmitted to Brevo once you click “Sign up here now.” and open the Brevo page.

When you sign up, we process the details from the form (in particular your email address) as well as the time and IP address of signup and confirmation. We use them solely to send you invitations with the link to the online meetup, reminders and organisational information. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Signup uses a double opt-in: you first receive an email to confirm your signup.

Because the meetup is aimed at dads of children with Down syndrome, signing up alone may allow conclusions about a family member's health. Your consent also covers this information (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). We treat it confidentially and do not share it with third parties.

You can withdraw your consent at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to t21coffice+contact@gmail.com. We then delete your data unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Brevo processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA) by Brevo or its service providers cannot be ruled out; according to Brevo they take place on the basis of the statutory safeguards (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). We do not track email opens or clicks. More information: Brevo privacy policy.

4. The online meetups

Meetups take place via a video conferencing service, and we use a digital board to collect topics. The invitation names these services and links to their privacy information. Participation is voluntary: you decide whether to turn on your camera and microphone and which name to display. Topics on the board are collected without names. Meetups are not recorded. What's shared in the circle stays in the circle.

5. Contact by email

If you write to t21coffice+contact@gmail.com, we process your message and contact details in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The mailbox is operated by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete messages once they are dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Brevo's own cookie and privacy information applies to the linked signup page.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Just write to t21coffice+contact@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority where you live or the one responsible for us: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.

8. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the services we use change. The version published here applies.
